Conclusion
Some cellphones are just announced to get user reaction. Sometimes they didnt get released or sometimes their enhanced versions get their way into the market. In these cases, not all the capabilities are discussed except the most innovative ones. I thinks same is the case with Samsung Z700. But, I am sure that Samsung Z700or its similar variant will capture its position in the UMTS market.
